Guatemalan Blue Banana

The name is very accurate, however, it doesn’t describe the beauty of this blue and grey streaked banana-shaped squash. Usually around 12-18” long, this banana is great roasted and is easy to work with because of its small seed cavity and easy-to-cut shape.
