Queensland Blue

An Australian heirloom with a “Down Under” characteristic of its own. Its protruding bottom makes this steel blue, wheel-shaped squash unique in shape, to say the least. Like all blue Australian squash, it has a rich orange meat that’s great to bake with, and has one of my favorite stems of all 500+ varieties we’ve grown.
